Designer: Nicole Mallalieu
Size: 45cm x 33cm x 12cm
Suitable Fabric: woven (quilting cotton, wool, corduroy, denim etc)
For a bag with contrast panels
♥ 90cm main fabric
♥ 30cm contrast fabric (or 30cm x 60cm soft garment leather)
For a single-colour bag
♥ 1m-1.10m fabric (estimate more for a directional print, less for non-directional)
For all variations
♥ 60cm lightweight cotton fabric for lining
♥ Medium-weight fusible woven interfacing*
♥ O-rings-Size 38mm-60mm - 2 rings per strap.
♥ 1 x 19mm magnetic snap
♥ 20cm zip (for an internal pocket)
♥ 110cm piping cord
♥ 1m fusible wadding (if the fabric requires extra structure)
♥ 10cm x 22.5cm Peltex or Fast2Fuse (for the base).
* For light weight fabric, you will need to interface the entire outside of the bag, so estimate interfacing the same as fabric. For heavy fabrics, you will only need 20cm for the facing.
