Please note that your order may be subject to duty/tax on arrival in your country, these fees are outside of Voodoo Rabbit Fabrics control. If you are unsure of the duty/tax threashold on imported goods for your country please look it up on your local governments customs website.
We except no responsiblity for any untracked/unregistered orders that are delayed or lost via the postal system.
Tax (International Orders)
10% GST is removed from the price on international orders on checkout. Customs or import taxes may be charged, please check with your appropriate government department to see if these charges will apply. These taxes are set by the government of each country and are out of Voodoo Rabbit Fabric's control.
Returns & Replacements
Please contact us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order. We quality check all items prior to shipping. We will exchange or refund, if your item is faulty or not what you ordered, however we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. All faulty / incorrect goods must be returned prior to refund / exchange.
There are no refunds on products if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. If you have to colour match we recommend that you purchase the minimum amount first so that you can double check the colours. While we make every effort to represent colour accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colours you see will exactly match the colours of actual fabric and some colours just don't photograph accurately.
Workshops/Classes Refunds and Cancelations
Full payment of class fee upfront (unless a payment plan is offered) is required to secure your place in a class; once Voodoo Rabbit Fabric has received payment, your place will be guaranteed. If there are insufficient numbers to make a class viable, we may have to cancel or change the date. If Voodoo Rabbit Fabric cancels a class due to insufficient numbers your booking fee will be refunded or transferred to another class. If you are buying materials for a class, please check that the class is confirmed before going ahead with your purchases.
Should you need to cancel your place in the class for any reason, a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee, will be available until two (2) weeks prior to your class, after which NO refund will be given.
The class fees listed are for tuition only. All materials required to complete the classes are to be provided by the student unless otherwise noted in the class booking details.
Students must be 16 years or over, younger students can be assessed on a case-by-case basis, please email us for further information. If class is sold out please email us to join our waiting list and be first in for subsequent classes.
If you have set up an account with us then you can view all of your current and previous order. Log in to your account, you will be taken to your account page. Select My orders from the Left hand menu to see all of your Voodoo Rabbit Order.
Updating Account Information
If you have set up an account with us then you can view and edit all of your account details. Log in to your account, you will be taken to your account page. Select Account Information from the left hand manu to change your name, email address or password.Select Address Book from the left hand manu to change your billing or mailing addresses.
You do not required a PayPal account to use credit card to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal.

Afterpay is available for online orders of $50 and above. To set up an Afterpay account and for further information please visit the Afterpay Website. Afterpay is currenlty only available online and not instore.
You may pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express on our Checkout page. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Voodoo Business Club Account (Trade Discount)

You will be required to create an online account. Once you have been added to the wholesale group the discount will appear on the product listings where it is available. All other products will be full price.

Voodoo Bag Hardware can also be purchased in bulk quantities. If bulk quantities are offered on a product they will be availble in the product listing. If there is not enough in stock for a bulk order please let us know that you are interested and we will order it in for you.
