Shipping & Delivery

We process orders Monday to Friday, and your order will usually ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed.

If your order is being shipped to you via Australia Post we will email you a tracking number once it has been sent (please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive one). If you have chosen Click and Collect we will email you once it is ready for collection.

If you select Express Shipping this means that we will ship your order via the Australia Post Express Service, it does not mean that we will process your order quicker. All orders are processed in the order in which we receive them.

Australia (Australia Post)
- Standard Mail (3-7 business days)
- Express Delivery (1 business day within the Australia Post Express Post Network, some regional areas may take longer. More information can be found on the Australia Post Website.)  Please note that selecting Express Post does not mean that your order will be sent out quicker, it just means that when it is sent it will be via the Australia Post Express Post network.

Australia (Sendle via Aramex or Couriers Please)
Please note that couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Delivery times will depend on the network in your area. If there is no delivery route in your area then the parcel will be forwarded to Australia Post for delivery which may add a week to your delivery times. Please only use if you know that either Aramex or Couriers Please deliver to your area.

International Shipping

International shipping to New Zealand, Canada and USA is currently. Shipping to all other countries will remain unavailable until further notice.

New Zealand
- International with Tracking (8-12 business days) - You will be emailed a tracking number and will be able to check the progress of your package, the tracking information is updated each time the package is scanned in each location it passes through.
- International Express with Tracking (4-8 business days) - This is the fastest international shipping that we offer. You will be emailed a tracking number and will be able to check the progress of your package, the tracking information is updated each time the package is scanned in each location it passes through.

Please note that once a packages enters the New Zealand it becomes part of the NZ postal network and Australia Post has no further control over the package.

USA
- International with Tracking (6-10 business days) - You will be emailed a tracking number and will be able to check the progress of your package, the tracking information is updated each time the package is scanned in each location it passes through.
- International Express with Tracking (4-8 business days) - This is the fastest international shipping that we offer. You will be emailed a tracking number and will be able to check the progress of your package, the tracking information is updated each time the package is scanned in each location it passes through.

More information on International delivery times can be found on the Australia Post Website. Please note that your order may be subject to duty/tax on arrival in your country, these fees are outside of Voodoo Rabbit Fabrics control. If you are unsure of the duty/tax threshold on imported goods for your country please look it up on your local governments customs website.

We except no responsibility for any untracked/unregistered orders that are delayed or lost via the postal system.

Tax and Import Duty

Australian Orders
10% GST is included in all prices and applies to all orders shipped within Australia. 

International Orders
10% GST is removed from the price on international orders on checkout. Customs or import taxes may be charged, please check with your appropriate government department to see if these charges will apply. These taxes are set and collected by the government of each country and are out of Voodoo Rabbit Fabric's control.

Add to An Existing Order

If you forget to order something and need to add to an item/s to an existing order please follow the steps below. Please be aware that we will not automatically merge multiple orders if you do not contact us to do so.

1. Get in touch with us as soon as possible to say you want to add to your order

2. Place your additional order online with the extra items you want to add to your original order.

Now this is the important bit  - select the same Shipping Option as your original order (that means if you selected Standard Parcel Post for your first order, select Standard Parcel Post for your additional order - if you selected Express Parcel Post for your first order, select Express Parcel Post for your additional order)

3. Email/call to let us know you have placed your additional order.

4. We combine your orders. If you have paid too much shipping we refund you the difference. These steps streamline processing your orders so your order can be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Turnaround times on orders can vary from between a few hours to a day or so depending on the amount of orders we receive. So it is important to get in touch with us soon as possible if you need to add to your order. There may be times when your order is already processed and we may not be able to add to it.

There will be a $3 processing fee for merging orders, applicable on each subsequent order.

Returns & Replacements

Please contact us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order. We quality check all items prior to shipping. We will exchange or refund, if your item is faulty or not what you ordered, however we do not provide refunds if you change your mind. All faulty / incorrect goods must be returned prior to refund / exchange.

There are no exchanges or refunds on cut items (eg fabric, interfacing, webbing etc) if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. If you have to colour match we recommend that you purchase the minimum amount first so that you can double check the colours. While we make every effort to represent colour accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colours you see will exactly match the colours of actual fabric and some colours just don't photograph accurately. Due to copyright concerns there is no exchanges or refunds avaialbel on sewing patterns.

We can exchange items other than cut items and sewing patterns but the customer is required to pay the cost of postage to send the item back to us (in a saleable condition, with all packaging intact) and for the replacement item to be reshipped.

Undelivered Orders

Please ensure that your shippig address is correct, our shipping labels are automatically generated by our shipping system to match this address. We take no responsiblilty for incorrect address on orders.

Australia Post charges us for all items that are returned to us, so if your item is returned to us due to incorrect address details provided or non-collection (from post office or parcel collection boxes) you will have the following options. Refund of goods, less the cost or shipping -or- the order can be resent upon payment of additional postage costs. Alternatively you can place another order and we can resend the item with the new order and only charge you for any additional shipping charges not covered by the postage of the new order.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped please let us know ASAP. You can either receive 100% refund as store credit otherwise you will be refunded the cost of the order less the merchant fees (these are not refunded to us by paypal/stripe if you cancel your order)

Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Viewing Orders

If you have set up an account with us then you can view all of your current and previous order. Log in to your account, you will be taken to your account page. Select My orders from the Left hand menu to see all of your Voodoo Rabbit Order.

Updating Account Information

If you have set up an account with us then you can view and edit all of your account details. Log in to your account, you will be taken to your account page. Select Account Information from the left hand manu to change your name, email address or password.Select Address Book from the left hand menu to change your billing or mailing addresses.

Payment Options

Paypal
You do not required a PayPal account to use credit card to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

PayPal 

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Credit Card
You may pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express on our Checkout page. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. More information available on the Stripe Website.

Voodoo Business Club Account (Trade Discount)

In order to support other small businesses in their creative endeavours we have Voodoo Business Club. This club is ideal for customers who want to purchase a variety of products as the discounts will be applied to almost all products* we offer including fabric and patterns.

VBC members will receive:

  • 15% off orders over $50*

You will be required to create an online account and once you have been added to the VBC group your discount will be applied automatically on checkout. You must have a VBC account activated before you checkout, the VBC discount cannot be applied retroactively on any existing orders.

* Full priced stock only and some exclusions apply (Gift Cards and Subscriptions are exempt from the Business Club discount)

Wholesale Account

Selected item are available for Wholesale purchase.

Bulk Purchases

A bulk discount is offered on  some bag hardware as well as some full rolls of fabric and interfacing. 

No further discounts can be applied to bulk pricing.

We strongly recommend that if you are trialing a new product that you purchase a small amount of stock to test before you commit to a bulk order, we do not refund if you decide the product is not suitable for your needs or you change your mind.

Please be aware that some rolls may have joins or small manufacturing flaw, these are considered normal and refunds are only offered if a significant amount of the roll is defective.

Some fabrics are for personal use only and cannot be used for resell or manufacturing purposes. Please check with us, as it is not always noted on the listing, if you are planning on using a fabric for this purpose.
